Les Paul was a pioneer in the development of the solid-body electric guitar which made the sound of rock and roll possible. His many recording innovations include overdubbing, delay effects such as "sound on sound" and tape delay, phasing effects and multitrack recording. In January 1948, Paul was injured in a near-fatal automobile accident in Oklahoma, which shattered his right arm and elbow. Doctors told Paul that there was no way for them to rebuild his elbow in a way that would let him regain movement, and that his arm would remain in whatever position they placed it in permanently. Paul then instructed the surgeons to set his arm at an angle that would allow him to cradle and pick the guitar. It took him a year and a half to recover. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Les_Paul

The dark by female guitarist Nori Bucci. performed by gamalon. This IS the of last Nori Bucci w/gamalon clips i will Be Posting!! Cool song, a little different. has much more of classical, eastern or folk vibe, i guess. anyways, good song, performed decent and all, but the camera is a little sub par and the crowd was in the shot a lot etc. but there was no way around it, so use your ears if you can, as its not that visually appealing camera wise? i cut some of beginning but left most of it intact as well as the long free jam section in the middle of the track etc. cool thanks. see full show (link below) http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-34821811730625494&hl

An updated edition of my video "Who Was The Best Lead Guitarist In Megadeth?". Includes solos by Dave Mustaine and new guitarist Chris Broderick. Also includes different solos for each other lead guitarist. Dave Mustaine (1983 - present) The former Metallica lead guitarist who formed Megadeth. After an unsuccessful search for a singer, Mustaine took the duty of vocals while still acting as the bands lead guitarist. Even after a formal lead guitarist was hired, Dave still continued to play solos in many Megadeth songs. Dave is the only Megadeth member to appear on every album. Chris Poland (1984 - 1987, 2004) After trying out several other lead guitarists, Chris Poland was hired. Chris was a jazz fusion guitarist, but showed interest in joining Megadeth after they hired his long time friend, drummer Gar Samuelson. He recorded on the albums Killing Is My Business... And Business Is Good! and Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? before being fired for pawning the band's gear to feed is heroin addiction. Chris returned to help Mustaine record the 2004 album The System Has Failed. Jeff Young (1987 - 1989) Young was hired after Poland was let go. He recorded on the album So Far, So Good... So What? He was then let go because Mustaine, who was falling deeper into his drug addictions, believed that Young was trying to steal his girlfriend. Marty Friedman (1989 - 2000) Marty is the lead guitarist most commonly associated with Megadeth. He was in the band longer than any other member besides Mustaine and bassist David Ellefson (1983 - 2002). Marty recorded on the albums Rust In Peace, Countdown to Extinction, Youthanasia, Cryptic Writings, and Risk. Al Ptirelli (2000 - 2002) A former studio musician who was hired after the departure of Friedman. Recorded on the album The World Needs A Hero. In 2002, Mustaine suffered a pinched nerve in is arm which made him not able to play the guitar. Megadeth officially broke up. Glen Drover (2004 - 2008) Amazingly, Mustaine made a full recovery from his injury and Megadeth made a comeback with a completely new line-up. The new lead guitarist was Glen Drover. He was not hired until after the release of the 2004 album The System Has Failed, but did record on the 2007 release, United Abominations. Chris Broderick (2008 -- Present) After a surprising departure by Drover in early 2008, the former Nevermore and Jag Panzer guitarist was hired. He has not recorded anything with Megadeth yet.
