THIS IS NOT ME NO HE IS NOT RETARDED!!! Come on guys show some respect please. Seems like this must be the weirdest laugh on youtube!!!! This is the laugh of a young teenager, it might sound fake, but its not!!!! its speeded up at the start but not when he starts laughing! Its his actual voice and he laughs....because he sees himself laughing....and because i laugh in the background! Tell this boy a joke and he will laugh like this! Ever met people who make you laugh becauseof their laugh? well he is definatly one of them!!
